Following their successful collaboration last year, Diana Couture x UBS Gold return with a second international collection. This year, they decided to explore the alluring mysteries of the deep ocean, aptly titled The Siren\u2019s Song<\/i>.<\/p>\n

Fashion Designer Diana Putri became widely known after winning The Best Designer by Global Fashion Avenue in New York Fashion Week\u2019s S\/S 2016 Season.<\/p>\n

A self-made woman, Diana Putri has been blessed with an impressive clientele ranging from royalties, Hollywood celebrities, K-Pop icons, and notable socialites. Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj, Janet Jackson, BLACKPINK, Paris Hilton, Paula Abdul, H.R.H Princess Kristine De-Bagration of Georgia, Carrie Underwood, Camila Cabello, Meghan Trainor, Normani, Saweetie, Toni Braxton, Chloe Bailey are only some of the many stars whom Diana have dressed.<\/p>\n

With the belief that all women deserve to feel beautiful yet powerful, this year, Diana collaborated with UBS Gold in launching a new collection inspired by the mythology of the ocean, named The Siren\u2019s Song<\/i>. When launched in October, the collection was highly anticipated by and applauded by celebrities, stylists and global fashion enthusiasts. <\/span><\/p>\n

Inspired by the infamous Greek mythology of the stunning yet feral half-maiden half-fish creatures, this collection explores the power that a siren holds. <\/span>Often, we equate feminine beauty to demureness and politesse \u2013 the usual society’s standards and expections of womanly behaviors. However, with A Siren’s Song<\/i>, Diana Couture x UBS Gold proceeded to break all those rules using the fashion language.<\/span><\/p>\n

Elegant corsetry gowns, Swarovski-encrusted sheer catsuits, opulent bodysuits, and an overflowing amount of tulle embellished with a wide array of chains, fancy earrings, statement necklaces, and even to chain belts. Through the various silhouettes, lengths, and attire, every gown is made to fit the brand identity of a Diana Couture woman: empowered, elegant, and unique.<\/span><\/p>\n\"B\u1ed9\n

The image of sirens (or mermaids), sea creatures, and the ocean in general often conjure bright colors or blue-tinged shades. However, Diana Couture x UBS Gold decided to break those norms and opt for a more neutral palette. Obsidian black, Arctic Silver, Daffodil Gold, as well as off whites dominate the collection. The highlights glimmering from the Swarovski elements, metal hardware and accompanying jewelries provide the adorning touch, mimicking the sparkles of fins, scales and water lapping under the sunlight.<\/span><\/p>\n\"BST\n
